DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to head our HRIS function within the IT department. This role is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and operational excellence of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes, technology trends, and data analytics, combined with strong leadership and communication skills to drive innovation and efficiency within our HR systems landscape.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive HRIS strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and HR objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HRIS, incorporating innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
System Management & Optimization:
Oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of all HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Optimize system performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a team of HRIS professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate effectively with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure HR systems support their objectives.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred with 10+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing HR systems in a complex organizational environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, and payroll.
Experience with Workday, data management, reporting, and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant HRIS certifications (e.g., Workday, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of HRIS technologies, architecture, and integration principles.
Leadership & Management Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving:
Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HRIS solutions.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 - $217,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
