Key Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains reports and dashboards on financial and operating metrics
Performs thorough quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of data and information
Provides analytical support, conducts research, reviews and helps evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and IT performance
Analyzes current metrics and reporting, identifies gaps, and works with leadership to create and improve metrics
Conducts feasibility studies on efforts/costs of reporting on new metrics requirements
QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree and three years of work experience, or in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 6-9 years of related experience will be accepted in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or equivalent experience
2-3+ years of relevant experience
1+ years of interacting with senior leaders
Knowledge of Google Analytics (Big Query), Enterprise Data Warehouse, and SQL server
Skills in data analysis, data manipulation, and problem solving
Skills in dashboard design
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Oral and written communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
1+ years of experience with building reports/dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, Domo, PowerBI)
Knowledge of Project Management
Knowledge of Statistical Analysis
Skills in Business Consulting
Skills in negotiation and influence
Ability to comfortably deal with uncertainty and gaps in information
