Diamante Country Club, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, United States, 71909

October 22, 2024

Nestled in the Ouachita Mountains in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, Diamante Country Club is a true gem. Carved out of a forest, Hot Springs Village is the largest planned and gated residential community in the country and boasts 11 recreational lakes, nine golf courses (including Diamante), 15 tennis courts, and over 30 miles of trails. Sculpted into the rolling terrain of this beautiful setting is Diamante’s most significant tangible asset…its golf course. In its early years, the course was rated as the #1 course in the state and has consistently ranked in the top 5 since. Golf Digest referred to it as one of the most enjoyable yet flexible courses ever built, and it has hosted multiple professional and collegiate events.

Diamante is a member-owned club with over 400 members, of which 235 are golf members. Its Clubhouse is the central point of a strong community for members who hail from across the country and are often described as the friendliest, most welcoming anywhere. Simply stated, its members are Diamante’s greatest intangible asset. To serve the active and growing demand for Court Sports, there is a world-class tennis facility boasting Rubico clay courts and a newly built Pickleball facility. Rounding off its amenities is a junior resort-style pool and, of course, Executive Chef prepared dining, which is the best in the area.

Entering its 30th anniversary year, Diamante’s mission is to continue building on its recognition regionally for the premier club experiences it delivers to its members and guests. It is embarking on growth spurred by younger members and an increasing building of custom homes on the course and in the community. In one package, Diamante offers the most affordable luxury country club experience around and in a most relaxing and laidback area.

The cost of living in Hot Springs Village and surrounding areas is significantly less than the national average. Housing is approximately 35% lower than the national average, and the overall cost of living is approximately 10% less.

We are searching for a strong leader as General Manager (GM) who will continue to introduce innovative ideas that will deliver growth, value, and enhancement of members’ experiences that we desire.
