Job Category: Information TechnologyTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCIEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: LocalThe Opportunity:As a CACI Site Lead for the SOUTHCOM Joint CCMD Cyber Assessment Team (JCCAT), you will manage all Cyber Assessment Analysts who assist SOUTHCOM J38-JCC execute the SOUTHCOM Regional Cyber Strategy, Special Operations Command - South and SOUTHCOM Campaign Plans, CJCS Global Competition EXORD, and SOUTHCOM JCCAT EXORD. Additionally, you will ensure Cyber Technicians effectively integrate support to provide critical JCCAT Follow-on Missions with Partner Nations. Finally, the Site Lead will correlate contract deliverables, lessons learned, and client feedback to report to the OP-EX FGL or his designee.Responsibilities:Manage and assist the JCCAT plan and coordinate Follow-On Missions to provide Cyber-Defense / Cyber-Security related Security Cooperation Subject Matter Expertise and Advise & Assist Activities with designated Partner Nations in accordance with the findings and recommendations from previous SCJ38-JCC conducted JCCAT Missions.Coordinate with the SCJ38-JCC to develop JCCAT country specific Plans of Action (POA) and engagement strategies with each Partner Nation to improve their Cyber-Defense / Cyber-Security.Ensure the JCCAT accurately translates all written and virtual material created for Partner Nations.Work within the SCJ38-JCC Office at the SOUTHCOM HQ.Provide direction and guidance to deployable teams, manage activities, and report the progress to the SCJ38-JCC.Qualifications:Required:Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.Minimum 15 years of military experience.Minimum 10 years of Cyber-Defense and Cyber-Security experience.Minimum 5 years of Staff experience at the Division level or above.Demonstrated experience managing a deployed workforce.Fluent, written and spoken, Spanish language skills.Proven experience integrating information, analysis, technology, and interagency collaboration to streamline Staff processes and procedures.Proven understanding of emerging and non-traditional Cyber-Defense and Cyber-Security concepts that shape the character of contemporary joint and multinational warfare.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Exceptional oral and written presentation skills.Precise attention to detail skills.Desired:Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree.CAPM or PMP, or related certificates in project management.Demonstrated, recent (within the last five years) work in the SOUTHCOM AOR.Demonstrated experience managing a geographically dispersed workforce.What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
