Work with Operational and Senior Management at the Corporate and Brand level, New Build and Refurbishment teams, Destinations and Product Development teams, and on-board personnel and leadership to agree and coordinate implementation of related claims mitigation strategies, initiatives, and associated changes.
Work with Corporate Legal teams to ensure operational and guest contracts are structured in a manner that limits RCG liability to the greatest extent possible and that both guest and crew policies are prudent in terms of managing potential Company exposure.
Work with third-party professionals and advisors to help identify, assess, and address key claims drivers from an operational and/or strategic standpoint.
Monitor the impact of claims mitigation strategies and initiatives on actual claims performance and results and report accordingly.
Provide litigation support to in-house/outside counsel and adjusters as needed in the defense and valuation of claims for settlement and reserve purposes.
