Key Role:Research and negotiate major organizational contracts and procurements. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience with procurement in defense contractingExperience evaluating requirements for hardware and software procurements in support of DoD government prime contracts, including FAR and DFARS flow-downs, special requirements, and performance work statementsExperience establishing CPSR-compliant procurement files greater than $250,000, including small business subcontracting plans, cost accounting standards, and the Truth in Negotiation ActExperience evaluating and negotiating terms and conditions to identify and mitigate risk based on purchase order award type, commodity, and anticipated award valueExperience evaluating statements of work or bills of materials for completenessExperience evaluating source justifications to ensure compliance with the procurement award typeHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Experience evaluating software license agreements to ensure conformance with federal regulations, including GSAM or GSARExperience providing instruction about contract requirements and procurement processesAbility to multitask and prioritize based on demand of requirements or workloadPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossession of excellent organizational, consultative, and problem-solving skillsCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
