In this high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence and lead complex projects that are critical to our business growth and success.Note: This role will be remote to start. We are currently working to establish a designated office space in San Francisco. Once we have an office space, must be willing to work in person 4-5 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to drive pilot execution from planning through to delivery and evaluation.Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans, ensuring all key deliverables are met while providing transparent updates on challenges, risks, and project status.Evaluate project progress continuously, integrating client feedback to inform and drive process improvements and enhancements.Identify and implement operational improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.Drive research and analysis programs.Monitor client health, and identify patterns of behavior that would indicate churn.Regularly monitor adoption of new processes to ensure continuous expansion and improvement of operational procedures.Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team.Requirements6+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on strategic project management within enterprise environments or high-growth startups.Extensive experience leading and managing large, client-focused projects, with a proven ability to deliver results.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive strategic initiatives.Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability for complex, high-impact projects.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with strong prioritization and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Must be willing to work in person from our San Francisco office 4-5 days per week.Why JoinGrowth and impact.
