team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.If you are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position today.What You Will Do:Proactively and collaboratively work with the sales and service teams to achieve WM targets in relation to revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, client servicing, and advisory product penetration.Design and deliver wealth planning products, oversee daily operations related to delivery of wealth plans, and management of processes and systems relative to the wealth planning products.Monitor and control risks related to account administration including review and approval of disbursements, oversight of fiduciary accounts, cash balances, investment allocations, tax management, and asset holdings. Responsible to ensure administrative and investment reviews completed in an appropriate and timely manner.Lead and develop a team of professionals; guide team on growth of business, implement strategies to maximize effectiveness and help develop and evolve product and service offerings.Consult on and complete high-profile and complex planning engagements, including attending periodic meetings with prospects, clients, and portfolio managers to recommend potential additions or changes to estate planning objectives.Provide ongoing training, mentoring, coaching and growth of the Planning, Trust, and Investment Management (PTIM) sales and service teams as well as the Insurance team in application of complex planning concepts to wealth planning output.Oversee daily operations of the wealth planning, trust and insurance processes, responsible for policies, reporting of outcomes, adherence to service levels and enhancement to processes.Be an internal and external thought leader, providing training to clients and associates, and creating collateral on estate planning and tax matters.Together with the CBO, function as the executive oversight for sales efforts across both prospects and existing customers to maximize cross-selling and ensure relationship managers are applying best practices when engaging in business development and prospect conversion.Together with the CBO, develop strategies to enhance client engagement as well as new prospecting channels. Support business development activities by partnering with relationship managers during prospect and client meetings as needed.Assist teams in developing the Bank’s network of external partners (lawyer, accountant, tax advisor, etc) to better serve the clients and increase referrals from external parties to the Bank.Optimize talent management to keep the skills of PTIM talent up to date and PTIM resource resilient in the face of changing business needs, associate absences, and associate succession. Reviewing and assessing key PTIM associates for performance, compensation, and promotion purposes.What You Bring:Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with FIS/Verafin preferred.Effective interpersonal communications; detail-oriented; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.Strong project management and organization skills.Outstanding leadership and team mentoring abilities.Comfortable and professional in dealing with senior management and the Board of Directors.Education Level:
