CACI is currently looking for an IT Program Lead to plan, direct, and coordinate IT requirements and software development projects with rapid timelines and evolving requirements in a highly collaborative and interactive environment in order to support the program mission. You will provide support on a team that provides a full spectrum of important IT-focused, enterprise-wide lifecycle support, including DevOps, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the customer’s enterprise.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Customer front and focusing on enhancing the end-user experience and integrate support services to promote a seamless, integrated, end-to-end model.

Working in collaboration to drive the adoption of timely, cost-effective and secure IT solutions by promoting seamless integration and an end-to-end (full life cycle) IT approach that provides customers insight to their IT requirements throughout the entirety of the process.

Facilitate customer and stakeholder sessions for the identification and clarification of business process needs and coordinate development of the technology solutions and facilitate data gathering activities by utilizing established workflows and quality reviews.

Plan, document and coordinate new and existing business cases and project review board briefs to receive approvals and to further coordinate procurement, provisioning and implementations.

Serve as point of contact for non-routine to moderately complex installation projects for communication networks.

Accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completion.

Plan, direct, and coordinate Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps activities, information systems, infrastructure and architecture planning to bring value and impact to the customer.

Analyze computer and information needs of an organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements.

Develop long-term strategic objectives to ensure user requirements will be satisfied in future years.

Perform horizontal system integration planning and interface with other functional areas, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.

Work closely with the Program Manager on the performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completion.

Coordinate activities in support of program managers and teams that support the provisioning, design, installation, maintenance, and billing of service.

Track and monitor service orders through completion and turn-up, and prepare deliverables (e.g., status reports to Government, order information, open issues).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

5-10+ years IC Enterprise support and hands-on technical/strategic experience in at least three or more of the following technical areas:

Software Engineering (Java), to include DevOps or DevSecOps.

Infrastructure (Cloud and On-Prem).

Business Intelligence / Big Data / Data Science.

ITSM.

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Demonstrated (non-academic) experience in a similar role (day-to-day management as a contractor supporting a government enterprise IT environment).

Demonstrated experience defining measurable metrics to monitor progress.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Experience in architecting, developing and implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing Scaled Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, ServiceNow, AWS / Azure / GCP cloud native services, COTS solutions, Emerging technologies, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise IT Operations and Service Management.

Provide management of contract personnel, ensure high quality and acceptable task completion, and ensure deliverables are in compliance within their contract.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $102,900 - $216,200.
