As a Product Manager at our company, you will collaborate closely with UX designers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to develop both specific product features and comprehensive, cross-product functionalities. In this role, you will use quantitative and qualitative data to define and deliver exceptional solutions for our users, driving usage and revenue. Our Product Managers are dedicated champions for our customers and embody a results-driven mindset within our organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, driving innovation, and ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our users.You will also have a massive impact on the small business economy, facilitating the transfer of hundreds of thousands of small businesses to new owners. We believe in-person collaboration drives the best results for our customers and users. This position is in our downtown San Francisco office, with a schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.About You:
We are looking for a “full stack” Product Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional products that customers love. You can see the big picture of customer needs and zoom in with meticulous attention to detail. You will help push our product standards to the next level, growing the business while setting a high bar for quality and user satisfaction. You love putting structure around difficult problems. You thrive at being hands-on and immersive. You look for opportunities to improve the way things work, and you have the drive to challenge the enterprise software status quo. You are also experienced working with salespeople closing deals and engineers refining features. You know how to clarify requirements and work towards consensus and compromise. You’re a proactive self-starter. If you see a problem, you look for ways to fix it instead of waiting for others to fix it for you.Responsibilities:Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to research, ideate, and validate product features and define strategies for user success.Work closely with the data analytics team to inform product opportunities and make a business case for upgrades that will drive growth.Partner with designers, engineers, QA, and marketers to drive high-quality feature development: write and illustrate specifications, maintain a prioritized product roadmap and backlog, and shepherd delivery to release.Enable customer-facing teams by documenting upgrades, articulating their benefits, and training the teams in their use.Analyze usage and behavior changes over time, to define further iterations and enhancements.Inform company strategy by deeply understanding our customers’ needs and advocating for the most impactful solutions to your coworkers at all levels, including the C-suite.Qualifications:3+ years of digital product management experience.Prior experience with online marketplaces and/or SMB products is preferred.Experience using agile/scrum methodologies to ship great products and iterate on them.Experience with data analytics tools and techniques (bonus points for SQL skills and Google Analytics wizardry).Ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influence skills.Bachelor’s degree required; Business and/or technical degree preferred.What’s in it for you?
