Branch Operations Supervisor Associate

to provide top-notch customer service to our clients in

San Diego, CA . If you are passionate about bringing full-service banking services to new and existing customers, then we are interested in speaking with you!Essential Functions:Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, candidates must have a valid driver's license.Supports the assigned branches throughout the San Diego region by acting as a temporary Branch Service Manager.Responsible for opening and closing the branch, processing daily reports, and providing approvals as needed.Manages the day-to-day activities of the branch including performing duties on the teller line, in new accounts, and branch operations.Resolves and responds to client service concerns, complex client complaints, and questions.Provides leadership and supervision to branch staff.May occasionally be assigned to back-office departments.May also assist with special projects.Ensures high-quality customer service goals are met.May train staff on proper bank procedures.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:MUST BE ABLE to accept assignments throughout San Diego, ranging in duration from one day to several months.MUST HAVE at least 4 years of experience in branch banking, assignments as Senior Teller and intermediate level new accounts.
