Program Director
works in collaboration with operations, MTM support departments, and Transportation Providers to ensure the most appropriate and cost-effective delivery of transportation services. The
Program Director
also acts as the internal liaison between MTM departments and the Client to ensure MTM is fully compliant with contract requirements.Location: This role is in office at our Hartford, CT location.What you’ll do:Provide leadership and management of direct and non-direct reportsEnsure business outcomes and contract goals are defined and metGain knowledge of and understand all aspects of the Client and the contractMaintain, understand and effectively communicate Client expectationsEducate the Client on MTM proceduresEstablish a working relationship with the Client and act as a liaison to ensure their expectations are met and any requests for information are responded to in a timely mannerTrack and maintain department budget in order to meet established financial goalsConduct quarterly Town Hall meetings with all levels of staffMonitor Client Satisfaction beyond statistical dataBe available as Client’s key contact for any issues relating to the programMaintain a strong working relationship with key Client personnelWork with the Client to follow through on service issues, troubleshooting problems and concerns, complaints, and educationRegularly hold and document satisfaction meetings with the ClientIdentify and manage stakeholders’ expectations during all phases of the contractEnsure regular interaction with internal departmentsContinuously plan for growth and issue resolutionKeep abreast of changes to NET program rules, regulations, and policiesEnsure regular interaction with transportation providers, facilities, and internal departments to ensure safe and quality transportation services are being deliveredEnsure ongoing collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure effective processes are in place and in line with corporate processes and goalsProvide development and career guidance to local staffWork across all departments to ensure the cost of transportation service delivery is within the budgetConduct and process disciplinary actions and terminations as neededWhat you’ll need:Experience, Education & Certifications:High School Diploma or G.E.D.At least 8 years of experience managing large, profitable operations teams in a multi-million contract environment, 10 years preferredExperience with contract implementationExperience establishing and managing all aspects of performance managementExperience managing complex contracts with SLA’s and government complianceExperience managing a large team of both direct and indirect reportsExperience managing employees at all levels of the organizationMust possess a valid driver’s licenseSkills:Strong leadership, mentoring & coaching skillsStrong persuasion and negotiation skillsStrong decision-making skills involving complex dataStrong and effective communication skillsStrong business and financial acumenStrong analytical and strategic planning skillsAbility to build and manage a strong teamAbility to understand and communicate Company visionAbility to establish and maintain operational structureAbility to build and maintain good relationships with community agencies and other critical stakeholders involved in healthcare access issuesAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people and job positionsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve problemsKnowledge of managed care, quality improvement, contractingHigh cognitive skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteEven better if you have...Bachelor’s Degree, preferredCertified Project Management Professional or Associate Certification desired (PMI) preferredExperience with Lean processes; Six Sigma Certification preferredExperience working with Medicaid and/or State programs preferredWhat’s in it for you:Health and Life Insurance PlansDental and Vision Plans401(k) with a company matchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayMaternity/Paternity LeaveCasual Dress EnvironmentTuition ReimbursementSalary Min: $90,720Salary Max: $125,000This information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
