Trueline's client, a leading healthcare rehab facilities company with 20 facilities across New England, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Accounts Receivable and Revenue Management to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving financial success and optimizing revenue management for one of the largest skilled nursing providers in the region.
What You'll Do as the Vice President of Accounts Receivable and Revenue Management:
Lead and oversee a team responsible for accounts receivable, billing, and collections across all 20 skilled nursing facilities, ensuring timely and accurate revenue capture.
Implement strategies to maximize cash collections and minimize overdue accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve financial targets.
Oversee revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, payer contracts, and timely billing processes.
Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency in collections and revenue management while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Provide comprehensive financial reports on accounts receivable, including aging analysis, cash flow forecasts, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
Work closely with clinical, administrative, and financial teams to align revenue cycle management with overall operational goals, addressing challenges promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all billing and collections processes comply with state and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
You'll Succeed as the Vice President of Accounts Receivable and Revenue Management if you Have:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounts receivable management,
with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the healthcare or skilled nursing industry.
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and managed care reimbursement processes.
Proven track record of driving improvements in accounts receivable and revenue cycle management.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop and present detailed financial reports and forecasts.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to mentor and lead a high-performing team.
Proficiency with financial and billing software systems.
