We are looking for a Partner Ecosystem Operations Intern to support and execute operations across all alliances and partnerships and Intapp’s overall partner program. As the Partner Ecosystem Operations Intern you will be a vital part of the Partner Operations team, which aims to ensure operational excellence, foster partner program execution, drive ongoing development, and maximize partner operations efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting to the Global Partner Operations Director, you will contribute to implementing and managing strategies to streamline partner processes, build out partner management systems, tools, and automation, enhance partner experiences, and enable the partner management team and the rest of the company to better leverage partnerships.
What you will do:
Collaborate with the Global Partner Operations Director and cross-functional teams to execute and refine the partner operations strategy, aligned to the overall company strategy, key stakeholder functions, the partner program and partner management capabilities and processes, such as partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement, development, as well as commercial model execution, and support mechanisms.
Help implement, optimize and maintain operational processes to facilitate and support efficient partner management along the full partnership lifecycle, including partner program deployment and execution activities, co-delivery and co-selling operations, performance tracking and overall reporting for the cross-functional partner team.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, IT and finance teams to align partner initiatives and processes with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of the partner program and broader ecosystem strategy.
Contribute to the review, manage, support, and continuously improve the technical infrastructure underpinning all partner management and operations.
Assess functional demands, strategize with the Global Partner Operations Director and the ecosystem and business operations leadership team, and facilitate or even drive infrastructure development and deployment – working together with key players across the company, such as IT, R&D, Procurement, Legal, Sales, etc.
Support strong relationships with strategic partners, working side-by-side with Alliance Directors, Partner Development Managers and Channel Partner Managers on operational inquiries, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Support the development and deployment of comprehensive partner enablement programs, such as training resources, materials, reviews and certifications to ensure positive client experiences, quality and time to value.
Support process development and ways of working to ensure partners adhering to contractual agreements, compliance standards, and best practices to protect company interests, manage risks and maintain the integrity of partner and client relationships.
What you will need:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
An interest in B2B partnership dynamics, including partner lifecycle management, revenue-sharing models, and partner ecosystem strategies.
Strong analytical experience with the ability to analyze and interpret data sets and derive actionable insights.
Effective communication, change management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities, tasks and drive outcomes and business impact.
Experience in CRM, Finance, and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel) a plus.
