As EPA’s ENERGY STAR Corporate Commitment Partner, SEA is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment through its eco-conscious products, practices, and operations.Role and ResponsibilitiesDrive overall store performance through effective sales floor leadershipDeliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfactionCreate a clean environment and maintain visual merchandising standardsOversee direct and indirect sales associates on all sales behaviors, promotions, and operational processesConduct new hire orientation and provide continuous training and development of the store teamAccountable for all Launch and Holiday preparednessEnsure labor spend is within the corporate-provided labor budgetsResponsible for managing store profitability, meeting P&L targetsResponsible for cash handling/deposits, including overages/shortagesAccountable for POS Overrides such as discounts, returns, etc.Partner with cross-functional team members as needed to maintain store operations, including store technology, supply chain, repairs and maintenance, marketing, and visual merchandisingSkills and Qualifications6-8 years of experience in large, big-box or specialty retailer6-8 years of experience leading a team of associatesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervisionPositive attitude and ability to adjust as changes occurDemonstrated ability to develop relationships across cross-functional teamsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and 6+ years of relevant experienceMobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience is strongly preferredRegular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more. In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.The salary range for this role, for candidates based in New York, is expected to be between $123,500 and $136,500.
