execute and promote the Montblanc brand
.Responsibilities
(or Mission)Achieve sales budget and diversification targetsRecruit, develop, and retain sales associatesMaximize sales potential by coaching sales associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the back roomDevelop and review sales associate performance goalsCreate annual business plansProvide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growthP & L management including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses to improve results; manage controllable expensesManage operational execution (Policy and Procedure)Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are being followedQualificationsAt least 5+ years of retail management experienceAffinity for luxury goods; watches and jewelry experience is a strong plusDemonstrated leadership abilitiesAbility to manage a P&LHigh level of etiquette – business and socialHighly customer oriented, results driven, goal orientedAbility to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift up to 20lbs
