Job Description SummaryThe Project Management Lead, Americas West, plays a vital role in growing and sustaining an industry leading outsourced project management service line within Global Occupier Services (GOS). The role will primarily be focused on existing and new GOS client engagements based in the Americas West Region, but with national or global portfolios. This role reports to Global Head of Project Management with a balanced focus on growth and operational rigor. Role will adapt our go-to-market strategy to solution new pursuits in partnership with GOS Enterprise Sales and supports/drives organic growth opportunities through cross-sell and up-sell strategies within existing engagements. The role is also accountable to support the operational integrity of existing client accounts in region, ensuring strong partnership between GOS and PDS Organizations. The role is responsible for building a community, within their respective region, that connects all PDS employees and provides support, information and knowledge sharing, training and development and mentoring.

Job Description·Â Partner with account delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of PDS services in accordance with contract terms and enterprise goals.·Â In conjunction with PDS account teams, identify and solution growth opportunities. As necessary, support development of RFP responses, write proposals and develop/participate in client presentations.·Â Collaborate with PDS leadership to identify, develop and implement strategic enhancements to the delivery of project management services.·Â Adapt delivery model and strategy to solution large pursuits and/or directly manage pursuits with enterprise sales team·Â In conjunction with PDS account teams, identify and solution growth opportunities. As necessary, support development of RFP responses, write proposals and develop/participate in client presentations.·Â Identify best practices occurring in region to communicate and implement on other services lines. Facilitate lessons learned identification and knowledge sharing opportunities among service lines throughout region.·Â Lead on-account transformations to implement new or expanded services, improve service delivery, and adapt operating model.·Â Support the GOS transition team in operationalizing new business. Translate solution design and pursuit objectives into operational implementation of services.·Â Perform business development activities with existing accounts, including client management, identifying and leading project pursuits, developing proposals and presentations, and contract negotiations·Â Understand financial performance of PDS service lines within region, including overall budgeting and P/L·Â Responsible for championing and cultivating a PDS community that provides connectivity of all PDS employees within respective region.·Â Develop and maintain network of best in class professionals both internal and external to the organization and execute strategic recruitment and retention plans to ensure best in class talent across the service line. Support & lead talent identification for key positions as identified throughout Region.·Â Contribute to the refinement of best practices and standards of excellence for the overall service line and to Cushman & Wakefield·Â Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk (fee, our reputation, errors and omissions, etc.)·Â Other responsibilities as identified by strategic priorities and leadership direction.Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidateâs experience and qualifications.
