About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team and focus on our core product – the Replo Editor. This person will work closely with the design and engineering teams on critical features like collaboration, e-commerce enablement, and AI-supplemented workflows. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of these features, from conception to release, while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.If you are passionate about creating tools that empower designers and marketers, this role might be perfect for you!What you'll do:

Own the product scope of the Replo Editor, from strategy to idea generation to launch and beyond.Help define the product strategy for the Replo Editor and advocate for alignment across internal teams.Lead key Editor-focused projects, such as collaboration features (multi-player editing, commenting), next-generation interactions and editing, and the editor information architecture.Collaborate with design and engineering to iterate on user flows and prioritize feature work.Conduct user research with our customers across hundreds of D2C brands and ecommerce agencies.Create detailed product documentation outlining feature importance, success metrics, and technical requirements.Track and measure the success of product launches.Enable cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, support) with the tools and knowledge to ensure successful product adoption and support.Looking for someone who:

Has 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with web-based or visual tools.Experience leading complex 0 → 1 feature projects from start to finish with medium to large teams.Demonstrated experience conducting user research, building customer relationships, and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends and proven ability to articulate feature success.Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.Scrappy self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.A passion for no-code tools and a strong sense of product ownership.Bonus points if you:

Have worked at an early-stage startup or have experience with low-code/no-code platforms.Have a background in design or technical experience (coding, engineering).Built products from scratch that have driven meaningful revenue.Experience working with tools like Webflow, Squarespace, or other visual editors.We believe in communicating compensation expectations clearly up-front for potential candidates. The salary range for this position is

$140-175k base salary, and we offer an equity component of compensation in addition . Within this range, the specific salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including leveling, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.We offer competitive healthcare, dental, vision, and 401K benefits as well.
