If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.The Insights & Operations role partners with Salesforce Product executives to drive go-to-market execution, strategic planning, business analysis, and growth across our ever-growing product portfolio.We are looking for a seasoned individual with strong Sales Strategy background to join the Public Sector Solutions & ESG operating units to build business intelligence tools and deliver end-to-end strategic and operational insights to achieve our business growth objectives.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide insights into key GTM performance metrics such as Pipe, ACV, and AOV by segment, region and product line.Build reports, dashboards and models to help the business properly forecast ACV by quarter, annual and detailed long-range plan. As an example, provide a very rich daily pipeline progression report on what deals have changed for in quarter and next two quarters.Work closely with the product team to help develop, implement, and track the business plan for new product launches and existing product portfolio.Work closely with the Sales Strategy and Partner Alliance teams to develop and execute sales campaigns to accelerate business growth across segments and regions.Daily, weekly, and monthly follow ups with Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents to grow the product portfolio attach rate to core deals.Lead strategic analysis to identify the next big area of business and product portfolio growth.Build executive presentations, helping product leadership to craft the storyline and key messages.REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Independent, Self-Starter, Feeling comfortable launching initiatives.10+ years at a high-growth tech company in a strategic sales operations role.Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly proficient in Tableau, Excel / Google Sheets.Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or another quantitative field.A good working understanding of Salesforce is a big plus.If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this
