We are hiring for a Senior Director to join our Implementation and PMO Team.The Senior Director, Program Manager is a key role in the delivery and execution of implementations and initiatives critical to Evolent’s enterprise strategy and growth. This program leadership role drives team success of large-scale initiatives and provides oversight and management support to project team members.The Senior Director role is an enterprise leadership role with executive level visibility. The role entails frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Clinical, Operations, and Growth. As part of the Implementation and PMO team, the Senior Director will own cross-functional program management, mentor and work collaboratively with Project Managers, and contribute to internal initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices for Implementation and PMO delivery.What You Will Be Doing:
Play a lead role in organizing resources, producing deliverables, managing timeframes, and monitoring ROIAccountable for complex cross-functional project delivery: requirements build, solution design, project risk and issue managementConcise communication of program achievements, challenges, risk and issue mitigation across diverse stakeholdersBuild and maintain relationships with client leadership, account delivery leads, and senior project stakeholdersProvide direction, mentorship, and coaching to a high performing project management teamIdentify and facilitate improvement opportunities for team performance, program development, and system/process gap closure or enhancements across partner teamsQualifications (Required and Preferred):
10+ years of health care management and/or consulting experience8+ years of project management, client management, and/or program managementExpert knowledge of MS Office productsExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present to internal and external audiences and at all levels of the organizationExperience leading diverse cross-functional groups to drive problem-solving and solution strategyDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyPrevious health care knowledge preferred in one of more of the following areas: provider systems, health plan operations, implementations, payer contracting, alternative payment models, delegated risk, or ACOs / CINsPreferred working knowledge of AdaptiveWork (or other project management application), Confluence, JIRATechnical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
