By setting goals for our economy and following through with targeted approaches based on need, we are equipped to drive forward and cement big structural solutions.Summary:The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Associate Director of Community Impact in the strategic planning, management, and implementation of work plans and funder deliverables. They will also support the Vice President of Community Impact in department-wide project management. This includes tasks such as project scoping, metric tracking, supervision of project team members, and ensuring timely delivery of reports and project outcomes. Additionally, the Project Manager will lead one to two projects within the Community Impact portfolio, providing programmatic and logistical support. This role is fully remote with occasional in-office requirements for meetings in Washington, DC.Accountability:

Vice President, Community ImpactResponsibilities:Programmatic SupportProvide programmatic support for projects, including planning content for meetings and events, communicating with partners, conducting research, facilitating interviews, and drafting and editing tools and resource documents.Provide technical assistance to practitioners of community-based organizations and/or government agencies on financial capability program design and implementation through in-person and virtual engagements.Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting scheduling and coordination, note taking, file management, and website support and updating.Ensure project implementation progress by scheduling and conducting regular check-in calls with sub-grantees, consultants, and project team members.Develop and maintain project progress dashboards to monitor and report on key metrics.Oversee and streamline the onboarding processes for sub-grantees and consultants, ensuring a smooth transition.Create comprehensive work plans and manage project data effectively.Collect and document compelling client stories and testimonials to highlight impact.Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports for funders to demonstrate progress and outcomes.Plan, organize, and coordinate convenings to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.Dept-Wide Project Management:Establish an internal framework to monitor and report progress to Vice President and team members ensuring projects stay on track and team members are supported.Collaborate with partners, internal stakeholders, and consultants to set program goals, define benchmarks, and update progress.Work with the Business Development and External Affairs teams to ensure deadlines are met by Community Impact Team Members.Utilize Asana for project management, task tracking, and team collaboration.Re-organize and maintain internal SharePoint drive.Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to meet team, funder, and organizational objectives, aligning with Prosperity Now's strategy and mission.Create project work plans, manage budgets and contracts, maintain partner and team updates, and oversee cross-team collaboration.Establish and maintain relationships with external practitioners and subject matter experts to advance projects and initiatives addressing economic inequality, financial well-being, and racial wealth inequality.Develop and deploy internal assessment tools to track progress toward grant deliverables.Research, draft, and edit communications materials, including reports, policies, procedures, alerts, concept papers, project proposals, and grant reports.Perform other duties as assigned.Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with partner organizations.Administrative:Conduct literature reviews, facilitate and transcribe interviews with practitioners, and draft field scans and reports.Draft and edit various communication pieces, including website content, blogs, presentations, and grant reports.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Educational background in a relevant field or equivalent work or volunteer experience providing programmatic, administrative, and logistical support to a team, preferably at a nonprofit, community-based organization, NGO, and/or local government.Experience in project management across multiple projects (Asana experience preferred) coordinating in-person and virtual meetings and/or events.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Experience developing meeting agendas, developing interview guides, and other resources.Ability to analyze and synthesize information, such as interview transcripts or varied literature.Enjoy taking initiative by asking questions, identifying team and project needs, and pursuing tasks and opportunities.Demonstrates ability to work across multiple projects and accomplish tasks while meeting deadlines and paying attention to detail.Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel); experience with Asana and Salesforce a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting information.Experience working and developing relationships with underserved low-income communities and/or familiarity with initiatives aimed at improving economic conditions for individuals and families.This job operates in a professional office environment. Travel is required approximately 20-30%.Salary:
