Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.Preferred Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in working with ESRI platform (ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x/10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server and SDE on Oracle).At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP .Net.At least 4 years of experience in web applications, windows services & web services.At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.Analytical skills.Experience in the Utilities domain.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Additional Information
