This is an opportunity to join as Senior Front End Engineer on the Safety Foundation Team. You will help build the tools used by the Safety Operations team to help keep Roblox a safe place for everyone. You will work with product managers, designers and partner teams to understand requirements and create extensible and scalable components and tools. You will report to the Engineering Manager of the Safety Foundation team.You Will:Work with engineers, designers, UX researchers, data scientists, and product managers to build innovative safety features.Build Safety tools and UI components.Partner with Product and Design to ensure the solutions embody the shared vision.Take ownership of projects throughout their full lifecycle.Collaborate with numerous teams to build the world's best application.Shape how the next generation of internet users interacts safely in the metaverse.Report to Engineering Manager.You Have:6+ years of experience in software development.React framework experience or familiarity with UI frameworks that deploy to multiple consumer devices such as iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, and gaming consoles.BA/BS in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another technical field.Curiosity to learn new technologies and systematically grow your skills.You Are:Experienced:

You work with and inspire others around you, leading projects for the greater team.For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
