Join our team as a Project Architect specializing in K-14 education projects. We're seeking motivated individuals with 8 - 12 years of experience who thrive on challenges and excel in communication. As a successful candidate, you'll be involved in all project phases, collaborating with design team, consultants, contractors, and clients. You'll contribute to brainstorming sessions, produce construction documents, and see your ideas implemented. Our award-winning practice offers a collaborative studio environment, diverse team, and excellent benefits for a fulfilling work-life balance.Role accountabilities:Comfortable working as a Project ArchitectInitiates, coordinates, and manages the documentation process in Revit &/or CAD for K-14 projectsEnsures the technical integrity of documents using knowledge of applicable codes and standardsPerform analytical tasksInitiates and manages documentation standardsCollaborates with the design team to develop constructible solutionsCollaborates and coordinates multiple consultants to ensure design and documentation meet project expectationsQualifications
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in architecture10+ years of Architecture Experience5+ years' experience as a Project Architect for K-14 education workExperience on agency reviews such as DSA, local jurisdictions, etc.Advanced proficiency in REVIT, EnscapeLicensed Architect preferredLEED accreditation preferredStrong verbal and written communicationOrganized, detail-oriented and self-starterAdditional Information
