Proven ability to work with attorneys and legal professionals, deeply understanding law firm operations.
Technical Expertise:
Experience in guiding IT teams, managing complex technology projects, and navigating evolving processes.
Relationship Management:
Strong skills in managing relationships, with the ability to influence and drive multiple IT teams toward common goals.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Skillfully handle multiple clients and projects at once, delivering top-notch customer service.
Flexibility and Structure:
Adapt efficiently to evolving business needs and priorities while maintaining a structured approach.
Collaborative Efforts:
Collaborate closely with Practice Applications leadership, project sponsors, stakeholders, BAs, PMs, and SMEs to pinpoint business requirements and streamline processes.
Documentation:
Document workflows and business processes, focusing on current and future needs. Strive to enhance user experience to meet business objectives.
Requirement Gathering:
Collect, confirm, and finalize requirements, managing BAs to input these into relevant systems. Oversee relationship with the QA team to create and execute test scripts, evaluate results, and track issues using approved tools.
UAT Coordination:
Work with business owners to ensure the User Acceptance Testing environment meets expectations.
Project Management:
Adhere to IT product lifecycle and related artifacts to ensure project efforts align with appropriate solutions and functionality levels.
Issue Escalation:
Escalate unresolved issues to management when client expectations and functionality clash without additional time or resources.
Project Documentation:
Record medium to large-scale projects, including use cases, user stories, requirements, and workflow diagrams.
Best Practices:
Gather and utilize best practices from internal and external sources, leveraging experience and sound judgment.
Organization:
Maintain a well-organized system for accessing supporting notes and content to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
Team Support:
Adopt a proactive attitude to support team goals and practices, demonstrating strong teamwork.
Data Interpretation:
Analyze data trends and patterns to design effective reports.
