We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team responsible for building and investing in the tools and platform for enabling developers to extend Webflow’s capabilities. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll drive discovery, research, and ideation, as well as partner closely with engineering and product management to plan and execute on exciting product experiences that help our thriving ecosystem grow.

Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions
Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
