Position: Personal Training Director

The

Personal Training Director

is responsible for the overall growth performance and member experience of our Personal Training Programs. You will spearhead sales, marketing, strategic planning, and development of your trainers.

PT Directors work closely with our Fitness Directors to ensure a positive member experience as they begin their fitness journey with LA Fitness.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales & Marketing

Generate new training clients while servicing existing clients

Perform fitness assessments on members, including a demo experience of ‘working with a trainer’

Develop and train current staff on personal training standards and expectations

Continuously monitor and drive the club's financial growth targets

Team Management

Manage and develop your club's Personal Trainers and Membership teams across sales, marketing, and member experience

Responsible for hiring, training, and developing a professional team of trainers

Create an enthusiastic work environment that is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about fitness

Operations

Monitor and oversee staff scheduling

Handle member service escalations and issues

Ensure daily operational processes are followed (member service & follow-up, cleanliness of training area)

Education/Certifications needed:

Recommended but not required: 2 years of Personal Training Sales/Management.

$15.00 - $40.00 per hour
