Qualified candidates will be able to perform at the highest standard to support BELFOR goals, ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies, supervise, coordinate, lead, and control all departments in the office, and focus on increasing owner's equity through the efforts of personnel. General Managers will manage all facets of the office and personnel, report results upwardly, identify areas of concern, and implement solutions in compliance with BELFOR standards. The General Manager is expected to maintain relationships with existing clients while growing the business as needs are identified.Requirements
Hire and recruit talent.Manage financial components including P&L and budgets of the office.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Ensure staff members are properly trained in BELFOR practices and protocols, and develop career paths to maintain retention of team members.Work independently and meet managerial goals.Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers, and vendors.Organize daily activities of self and others and work as a team player.Be a leader and lead the team to established goals.Supervise the work of estimators, project managers, administrators, asset managers, and sales and marketing efforts.Monitor workflow and systems for the most effective completion of tasks.Attend marketing events to be visible to potential leads and customers.Inspect random projects to confirm quality control.Follow up on customer complaints and determine issues for resolution.Ensure other duties are performed as mandated by the regional manager, safety manager, and corporate executive team.
