Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
The AI Fraud Solutions team is looking for a Director, Product Development to support the product strategy and execution, from conception to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying market needs, translating them into product requirements, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery. They will also be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the product, including budgeting, forecasting, and pricing. In addition, the candidate will play a critical role in pre-sales support, customer engagement, and product health analysis to ensure continued product success and alignment with company strategy.
Role• Act as a product owner and lead strategic initiatives to enhance and expand our products• Develop and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategy.• Responsible for business case creation, product and pricing strategy, product planning, product tracking, and reporting product performance (KPIs)• Experience in product management and Studio methodology• Pre-sale support for new customers, definition of use cases, and execution of pilots and POCs.• Identify market needs and translate them into product requirements, including AI/Machine Learning scoring solutions.• Define the strategy to capture and measure product value through customer feedback and create action plans to address customer expectations and concerns, partnering with the customer success team.• Serve as a contact for subject matter expertise with all cross-functional stakeholders.• Identify customer usage trends and revenue opportunities.• Perform annual product health check analysis to ensure product viability and strategy adherence.• Support the analysis and implementation of pricing initiatives for new or existing products and strategic initiatives.• Participate in planning, forecasting, and other financial management efforts.• Develop business cases for funding for significant platform enhancements.
