We're seeking an experienced

Sr. Technical Program Manager

to lead key initiatives for Alexa Smart Properties. This is an exciting opportunity to transform and shape the business while building delightful experiences for enterprise customers and end-users alike!

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end within our enterprise initiatives. You will lead cutting-edge technology transformations focused on significant business opportunities. Responsibilities include collecting business requirements from enterprise customers, translating requirements to technical specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing production launches.

You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between teams to develop optimal solutions that meet high standards and exceed enterprise customer expectations. Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity are crucial in this role. You will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects in an enterprise environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Strong understanding of voice-enabled technologies and AI-powered assistants Familiarity with healthcare, hospitality, or senior living industries Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to C-level executives MBA or technical advanced degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
