Parque Industrial Stiva Aeropuerto, 66600 Apodaca, NLE, MexicoJob Description:To directly sell all FedEx products and services (domestic and international) to defined national account customers resulting in net additional revenue to FedEx, to assist FedEx management in the proper development and execution of sales strategies, and to find ways to sell this business at higher yields and profit margins that meet corporate objectives.Responsibilities:
Ensures attainment of assigned revenue goals.Sells all FedEx services to a customer based defined by FedEx management, resulting in net incremental revenue while ensuring maximum profitability.Develops and implements a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities to include sales calls, service calls, proposal presentations, VIP trips, as well as any other sales activities defined by FedEx management.Develops and maintains account intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, marketplace and industry information, competitive information, and any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.Implements various marketing/sales programs as instituted by FedEx.Gathers and reports all competitive activity in assigned accounts including all competitive advances, pricing, tactics, and/or any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.Works with all FedEx resources (headquarters, stations, credit, bscs, etc.) to ensure ongoing revenue achievement and customer satisfaction.Supports and upholds all FedEx sales directives and provides positive and negative feedback through appropriate channels.Assumes responsibility for the national coordination of all activities relating to all of their assigned named accounts.Assumes responsibility for all problem resolution of their assigned named national accounts.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree/equivalent, preferably in business administration, with a major in marketing or finance. Five (5) years professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience required. Demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals and to plan and execute major customer sales strategies. Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills. Heavy overnight travel required. Fluent in English.Job Posting End Date:
