An international manufacturer of kitchen cabinetry with a manufacturing footprint in the US and Vietnam is currently seeking a Senior Sales Director to help manage our rapidly growing business. This person will be an integral part of our company’s management and sales team. Your job will include managing our existing sales force and helping them to identify and acquire new project accounts. We are looking for someone who has a long track record in the kitchen cabinet business who can help leverage their own network as well.

If you’re ambitious, detail-oriented, money motivated, with strong time management skills, then this could be a great fit! Role is remote. Although extensive travel is required, your base of operations is your home office.

This position includes:

Supporting planning and coordination of new project account acquisition

Setting and maintaining quarterly quotas for new sales

Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting

Communicating with new accounts when necessary and collecting pricing and information

New client procurement

Support with account calls

Maintaining and growing existing client relationships

Project administrative duties

Production coordination with manufacturing

Logistics coordination

Key qualifications:

10+ years in the kitchen and bath industry

5+ years in multi-unit kitchen and bath sales or management

Industry contacts (preferred not required)

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Detail-oriented and organized

Must be able to communicate in a timely manner

Experience in fast-paced environment

Ability to be creative, flexible and think 'outside the box'

Team oriented

Job Requirements:

Must have a car and be willing to travel

Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and research skills

Must be able to take initiative on projects

Job Type: Full-time, Salary + Commission (Compensation Depends on Experience)
