DESCRIPTIONThe Claims Resolution Specialist is responsible for validating and clearing claims against promotional offers, analyzing claims to determine their validity, and clearing claims in accordance with ADW Acosta, client and customer policies and procedures. For some clients, this position will be responsible for creating promotions within client systems. The Claims Resolution Specialist will communicate with internal and external business partners and act as a problem solver/agent for change to provide high quality service to clients and make continuous improvements in claims processing.RESPONSIBILITIESProcesses claims for key complex customersProvides support and guidance with ad-hoc claims resolution requestsWorks with sales, clients, customers and the management team to identify the root cause and resolve claims issues to increase quality, efficiency and prevent future errorsMaintains a high level of proficiency in ADW Acosta, client and Costco systems, policies and procedures for assigned clients and adheres to them when processing claimsUses advanced problem solving and analytical skills to research problem claims and assess the reason they cannot be completedProactively manages work to meet client and customer deadlinesAccess Client systems to create promotions that deductions are cleared againstQUALIFICATIONSWork and Experience Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentBachelors’ degree preferredBackground in business process solutions and/or brokerage field preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Accepts accountability for job performance; proactively informs others of problems that limit the ability to meet expectationsAccepts change as a normal part of doing business, maintains a positive attitude and exhibits constructive work behaviors during periods of transitionEffectively communicates with othersProficient in Microsoft Office suiteAbility to learn client systems to be able to resolve claims through their portals.Physical Requirements:SeeingListeningABOUT USAcosta and Mosaic are the sales and marketing powerhouses behind the most recognized and proven brands with top retailers in the United States and Canada.
