Software EngineerRemoteMonday-Friday, 40 hours - Core Hours 8am-5pm ET

Responsibilities:Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Engineering assignments/projects.Designs and develops a consolidated, conformed enterprise data warehouse which stores all critical data across Customer, Provider, Claims, Client, and Benefits data.Designs, develops, and implements methods, processes, tools, and analyses to sift through large amounts of data stored in a data warehouse or data mart to find relationships and patterns.Participates in the delivery of the definitive enterprise information environment that enables strategic decision-making capabilities across the enterprise via analytics and reporting.Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.Focuses on providing thought leadership within Information Management but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.Completes day-to-day Business Development tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.

Qualifications:Formal Education and/or Training: BA/BS REQUIRED, MS/MA preferredYears of Experience:5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience1-2 years Client experience preferredAdvanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.Experience designing and maintaining a Databricks environment.Experience designing and maintaining SQL Server environment.Experience querying relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata).Experience with Agile methodology for software development.Experience with ETL processes and the tools to support them specifically SSIS.Strong organizational skills.Strong mentoring skills.Ability to design solutions that are innovative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organizational objectives.Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.Troubleshooting skills.Analytical and detail-oriented in all work activities.Customer-focused in all work activities.Ability to communicate and present professionally and effectively.Ability to mentor internal customers in the use of software applications.Demonstrated team collaboration experience.Ability to handle/balance multiple projects or tasks at a time.Ability to solve complex/difficult problems.Ability to quickly learn how to use new libraries, APIs, software applications, etc.Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.Familiarity with health care or PBM industry a plus.
