The

Graduate Admissions Outreach Coordinator

assists with the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and online outreach initiatives aimed at raising the profile of, and attracting students to, the LL.M. programs at Georgetown Law. The Outreach Coordinator's duties include, but are not limited to:Assist with preparing content for newsletters, design, and layout, scheduling and sending newsletters to mailing lists of prospective applicants and other contacts.Monitor analytics for newsletters.Create and post content on Admissions Office social media accounts, cross-posting and promoting other offices' posts as relevant and appropriate.Assist with design and layout of print and electronic promotional materials.Work with Operations Coordinator to create and update Website and ASW content, performing other duties as assigned.Work Interactions

The Graduate Admissions Outreach Coordinator helps to maintain a robust set of events and initiatives aimed at raising the profile of the LL.M. program and attracting applicants and admitted students to Georgetown. The position supports the Assistant Dean and other members of the LL.M. team to ensure consistent organization and follow-up in recruiting activities and marketing/outreach. The position reports directly to the Manager of Admissions Operations and indirectly to the Assistant Dean for Graduate Admissions. The position will also interact with colleagues in other offices at the Law Center to ensure that recruiting for graduate programs is consistent and coordinated.Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degreeAt least 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing roleMust be detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to absorb information quickly and produce creative and relevant contentAbility to work independently and also as part of a teamProficiency with social media platforms and basic web design softwareWork Mode Designation

This is a part-time (50%), 12-month position. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University.Pay Range:

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $19.20 - $28.70. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.Submission Guidelines:
