Full-Time/RegularThe primary responsibilities of the Rehab Office Lead are to coordinate day-to-day administrative functions under the leadership of the management team and provide input and training in clerical standard work. This role involves performing audits and assisting management in all aspects of patient registration, patient charge entry, insurance verification, in-patient scheduling, out-patient scheduling, reception and copay collection, billing error correction, and providing administrative assistance to the rehab management team. The Rehab Office Lead serves as a role model within the department and throughout the organization, always displaying the “Patients First” vision in their performance and decision-making.About PIH Health
