SAIC is seeking a Tier II/III

Microsoft Azure IAM Support Engineer

to support US Army 365 (A365) End Users to provide Azure Identity Management, Azure Identity Protection, and O365 Identity technical support to ensure Army’s customers data are protected and secure within a hybrid and cloud environment.

NOTE:

This is a fully Remote / Work from Home position

Job Description:

Investigate and resolve Tier II/III support tickets related to Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Identity Synchronization Technologies, Authentication and Authorization Management, and O365 Identity.

Design, deploy and support Azure Compute (IaaS), Azure Stack Hub, Azure Edge/Devices.

Build and deploy Virtual Machines.

Provide technical support for Enterprise level protocols (Kerberos, PKI, Oauth, SAML, WS-Fed, etc.), Identity Management, Federation, Security Management, Role based access control, Permissions management, and MFA.

Administer ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Single Sign-on (SSO), SCIM, and PIV and/or other credential management.

Document issues and escalate tickets to next tier support, as necessary.

Collaborate closely with Tier I support and relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's and fourteen (14)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Experience in Azure Compute (IaaS), Azure Stack Hub, Azure Edge/Devices.

Experience in Cloud Security and Governance Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, etc.).

Experience in Virtual Desktop or equivalent cloud-based Virtual Desktop solution.

Experience in Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), SAML, SCIM.

Experience configuring role-based access and policies, and credential management (PIV).

Required Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

Microsoft Certified: Implementation Identity Management Solution (SC-300)

DoD 8570 IAT certification, Level I or higher, such as A+ CE, Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CASP+

Required Clearance:

Secret Clearance prior to start with the ability to obtain Top Secret, SAIC will help to obtain Top Secret.

Target Salary Range:

$160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
