Event Planner
to join our team and support an up-tempo, creative environment for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer located in
Northern VA.

an
Event Planner
you will work in a dynamic production environment and will assist with defining customer requirements, developing solutions, and creating innovative production concepts. In this position, you will have the opportunity to grow your technical skills, push the boundaries of your creativity, and collaborate with excellence by working with the best in the business.Assist with coordinating, publicizing, and creating multimedia products for corporate events such as All-hands, technical fairs, field VTC’s, and roadshowsCoordinate a wide variety of internal and public Sponsor events which may
include
All-hands, town halls, panel discussions, offsites, visits to external organizations such as universities, and conferencesGain familiarity with security protocols across various Sponsor buildings to determine how local security limitations (e.g. unclassified spaces, fire egress paths) will impact event planningRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with PolyBachelor’s degree and 5
to 20
years related experienceRelevant professional experienceproducing videosExperience planning, scripting,filmingand editing corporate videos: long form, short form,magazine style, leadership segments, promotional sports, or promotional campaignsExpertise in recording and editing video content, to include adding music, animation as needed, and captions as required to ensure ADA complianceAbility to travel within WMA to film content offsite studio and at Sponsor facilitiesAbility tocommunicateeffectively withSponsorto resole anyquestionson project scope or prioritizationWhat’s in It for You?
