Job DescriptionJob Description:

Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports. Assist in all aspects of company marketing functions and activities. SEO & PPC experience required.

This is a jack-of-all-trades position in which you must have the ability and willingness to run marketing campaigns, and create collateral, graphic design, web design, and social media knowledge. You will have many hats and you need to wear them well!

Responsibilities:

Coordinates activities to promote company services and/or products to the public

Performs tasks including direct mail, telemarketing, advertising, publicity, community relations, special events

Coordinates design, production and distribution of publications and other promotional materials such as press releases, advertisements, catalogs, brochures, fliers, signage, A/V presentations, displays, exhibits, etc.

Monitors schedules, production and distribution arrangements and other details to ensure timely completion and quality control of marketing activities and publications

Assist in advertising placement and schedules

Coordinates appropriate use of company and/or department logos, emblems and indicia

Establishes and maintains contacts with internal and external marketing professionals and vendors including artists, designers, photographers, mailing houses, postal service, list brokers, advertising representatives, media contacts, etc.

Coordinates work of contracted vendors, and ensures timely delivery of goods and/or services

Researches and prepares budget proposals for marketing purposes, as assigned

Coordinates use of surveys and other market research instruments to collect appropriate information, as assigned

Writes and/or edits copy for company marketing publications, as assigned

Social Media & Social Media ads

PPC and SEO knowledgeable

Copy-writing

Basic Web Design using WordPress and Divi

Qualifications:

Ability to take initiative and problem-solve

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner

Knowledge of applicable laws/policies/principles/etc.

Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs

Attention to detail

Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required

Conceptualization and design

Graphic design

Marketing research

Intermediate to advanced writing skills

Training:

Our initial training is a full paid training. Representatives will learn about Blue Dog, our products, and specific job functions. Training workshops and videos are always available and ongoing.
