Support all brand positioning, messaging and retailing on designated hotel(s) and restaurant(s) core marketing and activation channels; managing content, photography and digital assets.Assist with all efforts to drive positive .com profitability through the management and execution of all aspects of SEO, SEM, digital marketing, social media, email/CRM, and brand reputation management while ensuring activities are aligned with each asset’s vision and overall corporate strategies.Create and curate unique promotional programs in coordination with the hotel operations team that can be used in PR, social media activity and incremental revenue opportunities.Help define and support Passkey initiatives, campaign deployment and add-on/upsell incremental revenue opportunities.Work cooperatively with agencies, vendors, brand and community partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies and that projects are on target and within budget.Analyze, report and manage against defined KPIs to show growth in key metrics to review with GM, DOSM and Corporate Marketing Team on a monthly basis.Assist with the development of annual marketing and promotional calendars and provide support in market research, presentation development and any other additional requests as per Senior Management.Respond to Social Media, maintaining both brand and White Lodging reputation through written interactions.Key Metrics for Determining Success:
Initiatives completed on time and on budget while driving a consolidated ROAS of > 10:1 for all supplemental media and promotional campaigns.Positive leisure/transient growth against brand benchmarks and property goals, focus on brand.com channel contribution.Positive growth in social media metrics as defined by corporate/ownership.Proactive management of Passkey campaign revenue to meet defined hotel goals.Other Information

The Marketing Manager must interact with others both inside and outside of the organization as well as leadership of White Lodging and the hotels in which this position supports; therefore communication skills are required including speaking, listening and writing. Additionally, movement is required in the movement throughout the hotel to other areas. Typing and use of keyboard and computer equipment is a requirement within this role. This position often requires the ability to perform multiple tasks and transactions in a very fast paced environment, and react to changes within that environment; therefore memory and prioritizing skills are essential and used throughout the day. The Marketing Manager additionally is required to use deductive reasoning and math knowledge in order to consider revenue and the impact of decisions made on the hotel(s) in which responsible. Problem solving and interpersonal skills are required in this position to handle interactions between team members, and to assist in solving issues which arise through the day. Vision is required in order to create documents, analyse data and information and to develop reports in which decisions of others rely upon.
