SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various types of campaigns and services offered to our clients including influencer marketing, content seeding, full digital strategy services, programmatic ads, integrated marketing ideas, etc/ This role will support with engaging and creative TikTok campaigns, analyze metrics, and be the first point of contact with all influencer communications on assigned accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work across multiple accounts with different managers, assisting where needed (managing 3-5 accounts at a time)
Act as a liaison between account managers and influencers/agents to ensure strong communication and coordination for music campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Assist in managing and creating client content calendars for assigned accounts
Curate target lists, negotiate influencer rates, and build relationships with creators and agencies
Assist with administrative duties for all assigned accounts, including invoice submission, expense tracking, and data tracking
Assist with monitoring and tracking campaign performances, providing consistent updates to Account Managers
Assist with facilitaing agreement terms and payments between the team and content creators
Provide feedback and insight on influencer selection during calls and email threads
Create and update CreatorCore dashboards for assigned campaigns
Assist with setting up digital advertising campaigns and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns
Assist with accounting tasks, such as updating revenue tracker sheets, requesting and submitting invoices
Assist with creating and presenting marketing rollout strategies for multi-business unit music campaigns
Assist with creative strategic planning and execution of music marketing campaigns
Support with developing creative ideas for media platforms, including IG and TikTok, as part of music campaigns
Work on original content ideas for IG channel network
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1+ year experience in social media marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing trends and market demands
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut preferred
Passion for music and a keen eye for upcoming talent and industry innovations preferred
PAY SCALE
$18.00 - $20.00/hour
