The division's experienced real estate and litigation support professionals are comfortable handling assignments in which there are mixed issues pertaining to law and real estate/business value economic analysis, including assignments involving unique or "special purpose" properties. Our Valuation & Advisory Services platform is part of a global network comprised of experienced, licensed, qualified commercial real estate appraisers who use local insights and their years of expertise to deliver accurate, reliable, and prompt valuations.The successful candidate will complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects which may include analyzing complex highest and best use scenarios, estimation of cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales, and cost analyses.Responsibilities include:Analyzing market data and comparable transactionsDetermining highest and best use, estimating market rents, and concluding to credible market valuesPerforming lease abstractsEconomic and Statistical AnalysisDue Diligence AnalysisConducting market surveysRequirements:0 to 2 years of demonstrated research skillsProfessional writing experience preferredReal estate related internship strongly preferredLocation:
