We are looking for a
Senior Art Director (designer + art director hybrid), Creative Development , to join our award-winning team for
our premier family resort client . You will concept a variety of campaign deliverables including
organic and paid social posts, online video for social, out of home, email campaigns, direct mail , and more. You will work with copywriters, strategists, and other creatives on this collaborative team, and you will report to a Group Creative Director.You will join a collaborative team of creative directors, art directors, and copywriters dreaming up integrated 360° campaigns—an exciting group to be a part of! We take pride in craftsmanship and thoughtfulness, and we partner directly with our clients to build from scratch and design for reality. You will concept and design storyboards for videos, photo shoots, and branding projects, and concept multimedia campaigns, printed tactics, out-of-home, and more. You'll have plenty of opportunities to have your creative voice be heard—all while collaborating with a team of creative and production experts who love the brand and make magical work together.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Design or Advertising5+ years experience in an agency/design studio settingAn online portfolio that shows off the very best of your thinkingBranding and motion/animation background is a huge plusHave a balance of branding, layout, typography, and illustration design skillsExperience with social platforms, with a finger on the pulse of trendsWell-versed and comfortable in many presentation settings, including with clientsA full understanding of responsive digital development constraints and possibilitiesFluent in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, IllustratorFluent in Figma, Sketch, InVision, and DropBoxExperience in After Effects or PremierA leader who mentors fellow mid and junior level team membersExperience with CRM programsExperience with hospitality and brandingPackage up digital assets for delivery and oversee creative through productionAdditional InformationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
