The Director, Marketing Campaign Strategy and Execution is responsible for developing and executing Sedgwick’s B2B campaign strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads and increase retention. This role will be the thought leader for optimizing campaign performance and tactically executing campaign actions.ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE?
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment, who are driven to deliver great work, are customer-oriented and are naturally empathetic.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:Develop effective client journeys and campaigns aligned to Sedgwick’s key solutions.Act as the Campaign SME for all Business to Business (B2B) marketing campaigns.Leverage latest techniques and tactics to reach targeted audiences and promote engagement with Sedgwick content.Use market research to help marketing teams understand trends, competitors, and client pain points.Segment customers and align messaging to drive greater interest and understanding.Lead the technical execution of key campaign tactics including email, programmatic, website/landing pages, and webinars.Tag and code tactics to align with current marketing campaign software.Partner with Events teams to ensure event tactics are aligned with overall customer journey and are properly tracked.Design best practice campaign playbooks based on external and internal learnings to promote a quick start standardized set of actions.Develop key performance measurement and in-campaign tracking mechanisms to alter tactics and messaging if needed to improve key results.Partner with campaign managers in developing campaign briefs which highlight all segment/target information, product capabilities, content, planned tactics and key metrics.Collaborate with Sales, Client Services and other internal Sedgwick teams to ensure alignment with Marketing, Sales and other efforts.
