Matrix with all Komatsu West branches to ensure consistent and profitable rebuild programs for the delivery of quality products and services to Komatsu West's customers. As a Rebuild Manager at Komatsu, you will oversee the complete rebuild process of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and collaborate with various departments to optimize rebuild operations, enhance productivity, and maintain safety protocols.What we offer:

Manage, monitor and measure employee and facility safety programs to ensure compliance with applicable local, state and U.S. Federal codes.Plan and coordinate the direction for the Rebuild Operations.Create and maintain processes and specifications for rebuilt components.Develop a standard job costing detail based on flat rates and internal labor requirements.Manage the corporate assets and cash flow with efficient warranty claim processing administration.Manage the regular and effective communication of the business activity and motivation of rebuild center employees.Monitor outside vendors to insure consistent quality, pricing, and delivery for all material requirements.Perform additional duties as required to achieve company goals and increase overall company profitability.Qualifications/Requirements
Proven leadership and ability to motivate employees.Associate degree and/or continuing education training and on-the-job experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of Komatsu products and the construction utility, rental and mining industries.8 to 10 years industry experience in a rebuild, service or product support lead role.Additional Information
