Technical Test Lead – Sterling, Java, AWS (Retail, CPG, and Logistics Domain) Duration:
Full Time Location:
Hillsboro, OR Qualifications Basic: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider five years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education (minimum) • At least 4 years’ experience in Information Technology Preferred: • At least 4 years of experience in Software development and testing life cycles. • At least 4 years in development and testing of IBM Sterling package. • At least 4 years of experience with Web technologies J2EE, MVC, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, web services, XML, CSS. • Must have strong programming skills using core JAVA. • Must have experience with Web technologies J2EE, MVC, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, web services, XML, CSS. • Must have strong working experience in AWS Cloud technologies. • Experience in creating, modifying or designing test frameworks (using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). • Knowledgeable in writing code to test code: UI and API level testing. • Have Database knowledge in RDBMS, SQL and Stored Procedures, etc. • Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and principles. • Experience in Test Automation using common Test Automation tools like Selenium, CodedUI, UFT/QTP, etc. • Knowledge of Performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred. • Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus. • Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience. • Should have strong coordination, communication & reporting, and analytical skills. • Should have strong leadership skills. • Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, microservices, Angular JS, etc. • Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment. • Communication and analytical skills. • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
