Overview:FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Global Alliance Management (GAM) team, Key Account Director will support the SVP, Large Scale Commercial in development, maintenance and execution of strategies to strengthen existing relationships and foster new relationships with key accounts to support the continued growth of FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies across the US and EUROPE.As a Key Account Director, you are responsible for a number of key accounts and driving the strategy and execution of the relationship development and sales for that account.Follow Your Genki to the largest, state-of-the-art Life Science Manufacturing Facility & CDMO in Europe and in North America.The work we do at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologis has never been more important and we are looking for talented candidates to join us. We are proud to cultivate a culture that will fuel your passion, energy and drive and what we call Genki!Key Responsibilities:Work with SVP, Large Scale Commercial as well as other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to support the growth of FDB aligned with the near term, mid-term and long term plans on Key accounts.Develop and nurture deep relationships with your key account(s) to increase the probability of FDB being selected as the preferred supplier of outsourced work that fits within the current FDB service portfolio.Leverage relationships with Key account(s) to identify trends and needs and provide feedback to the FDB Strategic Business Development group to support continued investment and business diversification.Work with broader commercial team and Program Management teams on relationships impacted by key accounts.Negotiation/re-negotiation commercial contracts with accounts including MSA’s, CSA’s, Scopes (as appropriate), equipment/capital purchases, etc.Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical relationship with other Key Account teams and stakeholders including C-suite, procurement, decision makers and influencers.Can include cross function collaborative and project team leadership assignment consistent with personal strategic, operational and technical leadership.Knowledge & Skills Required:Relevant academic degreeEssential experience: >5 years of relevant (business development, sales, marketing) with experience in the biopharmaceutical area and a personal network of contacts in this industryProven negotiation skillsProven presentation skillsProven ability to write business documentsJoin us:We are growing our locations and are investing significantly into establishing a new large-scale manufacturing site for biopharmaceuticals in the United States as well as expanding our manufacturing site in Denmark to accelerate the growth of our Bio CDMO (Contract and Development Manufacturing Organization) business. This will be the largest network of end-to-end cell culture CDMO facilities in the world.FUJIFILM Diosynth sites will offer a network of end-to-end solutionsto our customers looking to manufacture biopharmaceuticals in the US and in Europe. In addition to drug substance manufacture, our sites will also provide automated fill-finish and assembly, packaging, and labeling services.Although this may be a remote posting, the incumbent must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from one of the FDB US location.The US baseline salary range for this position is $145,000 to $200,000. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The Company requires that the successful candidate hired for this position be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, absent being granted an accommodation due to medical, pregnancy, or sincerely held religious belief or other legally required exemption.FDBN works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations.
