Freight Forwarding Sales ExecutiveOur client is looking for a Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to add to their team.
Job Type:
Full-time/hybrid
Responsibilities:
Identify prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.Meet weekly, monthly, and annual contact and sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.Prepare professional and accurate presentations, quotes, and proposals.Create and maintain comprehensive client SOPs and work closely with operations and customer service teams.
Experience:
Minimum 3- 5 years of sales experience at an NVOCC or Freight Forwarder or steamship line.Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.Self-motivated, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Goal-oriented and self-disciplined to produce results.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Naturally self-confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive.Impeccable negotiation skills.Have an overall positive, can-do attitude.Strong oral and written communication skills.Effective presentation and customer relations skills.Excellent listening skills.Ability, and willingness, to travel.A valid Driver’s License.
This position offers a competitive base salary.
