ResponsibilitiesYour Role as a School Director:As School Director at Sunrise Preschools, you'll create a caring, inclusive environment, fostering respect among staff, parents, and children. Your main focus will be on safety, health, and well-being, refining protocols and leading a team of educators with hands-on support. You'll drive enrollment growth and implement enriching activities to spark curiosity and love for learning. With adaptability, you'll navigate the demands of running the school, supported by our team to run your business confidently and proudly.

RequirementsYou Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:Are at least 21 years old and hold the necessary credentials for a Childcare Director in Arkansas, which include a high school diploma or GED along with one of the following: a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field, a bachelor's degree in a non-related field with 4 years of experience in a licensed childcare center, or an associate degree with 6 years of experience.Demonstrate strong leadership skills.Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
