Enhance Area Manager position in a complex sales territory.Effectively manage a team of professionals to achieve customer satisfaction and targeted profitable growth while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, compliance, and integrity.Oversee Strategic or Corporate Accounts focusing on safety, contract terminology, and pricing consistency within a client’s organization.Efficiently manage the interface between HPST sales resources and customers, leveraging product line attributes to best fit customer needs and expectations.Assess performance, define improvements, and align resources to ensure sales, gross profit, product mix, and price improvement targets are met or exceeded.Achieve new product launch targets.Achieve or exceed operating cash flow and working capital targets by reducing AR, controlling inventory, and improving accounts payable.Lead the sales team in safety and environmental excellence.Work closely with PTD and Supply Chain to reduce customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction through defect-free, on-time delivery of products.Work closely with HR and sales manager to continually assess personnel and develop key leaders and individual performers.Continually assess opportunities to ensure targeted business growth in HPST.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree) or 7+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred).Experience in pulp and paper, chemical or water treatment required.We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
